Our delivery team will bring your items as far as the front door, garage, apartment lobby, or hallway in front of your apartment. To complete the drop-off, an adult 18 years or older must be present, and must provide a signature at the time of drop-off.
To ensure that every drop-off experience is given the utmost care, each drop-off time is scheduled in a three-hour window. Two days before your scheduled drop-off date, you will receive a phone call reminder and a text message reminder to confirm your address, and to provide an estimated time window for your drop-off.
If your pieces are not in stock at the time of your purchase, we will contact you as soon as it becomes available to schedule a drop-off date.
You will be given an estimated drop-off date based on the availability and stock levels of the items you purchase. For customers with homes in our Free Drop-Off area, there will be NO extra charge added to the total purchase if the minimum purchase requirement is met. You’ll be asked for your ZIP code while checking out to determine what delivery options are available for you.
